The Louisa Biz Expo is your go-to business-to-business and community networking event, hosted by the Louisa County Chamber of Commerce. It brings together local businesses, nonprofits, entrepreneurs, and the broader public for connection, discovery, and growth.

This event is free and open to all, making it the perfect space to forge partnerships, find new clients, showcase services, discover job opportunities, or simply support local business.

Exhibitor-Only Hour (4:00 – 5:00 PM):

Kick off the evening with structured networking and spotlight introductions, exclusively for registered exhibitors.

Whether your goal is to promote your products or services, connect with other professionals, recruit new team members, offer health screenings or wellness resources, or share volunteer opportunities—the Louisa Biz Expo is the perfect platform.

As an exhibitor, you’ll:

  • Network with other businesses and professionals during the exclusive exhibitor hour
  • Engage with community members eager to discover local goods, services, and opportunities
  • Highlight any job openings, volunteer needs, or on-site offerings like free demos or health screenings
  • Gain exposure in a supportive, high-traffic environment hosted at a scenic local venue

Exhibitor Registration

  • Click the “Sponsorship Opportunities” section.
  • Provide your company name, display name, and contact details.
  • Please be aware that you need to bring your own table, signage, and setup supplies.

Whether you're a local resident, a job seeker, a volunteer at heart, or just curious to see what’s happening in your backyard—this event is for you.

As a community attendee, you’ll:

  • Connect with a wide variety of local businesses and nonprofits
  • Learn about products, services, and community resources
  • Discover job openings and volunteer opportunities
  • Enjoy free demonstrations, wellness screenings, and hands-on experiences
  • Sip award-winning wine and grab dinner or snacks from on-site food vendors
