Leadership Louisa 2026: Apply Now for a Transformative Leadership Journey

DEADLINE TO REGISTER: OCTOBER 15, 2025. APPLICATION is due Oct. 20, 2025.

Leadership Louisa is a prestigious, high-impact program for individuals who live or work in Louisa County and are ready to grow as leaders, deepen their community insight, and build lasting connections. Whether you're an emerging leader or a seasoned professional, this experience will elevate your ability to lead with purpose and make a lasting difference.

Celebrate our 5th anniversary with us by helping us reach our goal of “26 in 2026”—a class of 26 passionate leaders shaping a stronger Louisa County.

📝 Step 1: Register and Submit $25 Application Fee

This fee demonstrates your commitment and covers the administrative processing of your application. Payment does not guarantee acceptance into the program.

📝 Step 2: Submit Only Application with Letter of Recommendation

Confirmation email contains link to the full application that must be completed by Oct. 20, 2025.

📌 Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for Leadership Louisa 2026, applicants must:

Live or work in Louisa County
Have at least one year of continuous employment with their current employer
Be able to attend six workshops held on the third Tuesday of each month (Jan–Jun 2026) Only one excused absence is permitted under exceptional circumstances
Be willing to participate in fieldwork outside class hours as part of a Community Action Project

Plan for each session 8:30 am - 5:00 pm at various locations across Louisa County.

December 18, 2025 – Meet & Greet: Class of 2026
January 20, 2026 – Values-Based Leadership & Insights Discovery
February 17, 2026 – Receiving & Giving Feedback
March 17, 2026 – Leading through Community Project
April 21, 2026 – Leading by Building Trust
May 19, 2026 – Leading through Conflict
June 16, 2026 – Graduation & Reflection

💰 Tuition & Deadlines

Application Fee: $25 (nonrefundable)
Tuition: $1,200 | $950 for Chamber Members
Scholarships: Limited support available
Application Fee Deadline: October 15, 2025
Full Application Due: October 20, 2025
Tuition Due: December 31, 2025
