Part time to start with the potential of becoming full time. Current Days needed Tuesdays & Thursdays with some flexibility.
-Must have Quickbooks Experience.
-Must know Microsoft Word, Excel and Email.
-Providing accounting support to the client not limited to but including accounts receivable, accounts payable, daily sales entries, processing payroll efficiently without error and reconciliations.
-Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones,processing the mail, making labels, keeping the office organized, etc.
-Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
-Processing and entering transactions into Quickbooks, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
-Preparing financial reports.
-Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
-Utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel to make labels, reconciliation of data, create forms, etc. Utilize email programs, slack and wunderlist to check email and communicate when tasks are complete.
-Any other duties as assigned.
-Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.
-Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
-Familiarity with basic Accounting principles.
-Professional manner and strong ethical code.
-Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
