Matern Staffing is hiring an E-Commerce Store Specialist to support the busy operations of a nonprofit retail store in Louisa, VA. As an E-Commerce Store Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in showcasing and selling premier line of specialty clothing and home goods on top e-commerce platforms. Your expertise will help drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and deliver an exceptional customer experience online. 

Salary:

• $15/hr 
• enjoy a 20% discount at other locations

 
What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate, research, and price high-value donations for resale at online E-Commerce platforms
• Train and collaborate with donation and production teams to identify E-Commerce products
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics and meet daily identification goals
• Ensure accurate product descriptions (inclusive of weight, shipping charges, measurements) and quality control for online listings
• Assist in sorting, identifying, and preparing items for photography
• Act as a liaison between stores and E-Commerce to ensure timely processing of merchandise
• Track inventory levels, coordinate restocks, and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders

What You’ll Need: 

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (e.g. ebay and Amazon) and their listing/management tools 
• Basic computer skills for internet browsing, research, and product setup
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for monitoring metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly 
• Positive self-starter with a proactive approach, excellent time management, and prioritization skills
