Hotel Lake Anna

We offer clean comfortable newly renovated designed individual rooms for a restful sleep for our guests.

We have 27 rooms with state of the art security system, Fastest Comcast WiFi in the area, 55-65” Flat Screen TVs, brand new mattresses and linens & towels in our rooms. Each room has a microwave, refrigerator coffee maker.

We are a hybrid blend between a boutique hotel and Airbnb offering comfortable clean rooms and enjoyable visits to Lake Anna.

Housekeeping Full Job Description (40 Hours)

A Houseperson is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest bedrooms of the hotel.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Clean designated guest bedrooms including, but not limited to, public areas and front office.
• Perform tasks including, but not limited to, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, washing windows, cleaning floors, removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays
• Make beds
• Replace new soap, shampoo and coffee in rooms
• Linens and towels replaced and put decoratively for guests
• Clean and check refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot
• Greet guests in a friendly manner
• Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
• Stock and maintain supply rooms, as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (for example: mattress flipping, furniture moves, etc.), as needed
• Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms, as needed
• Flexible 5 or 6 day schedule starting work at 10:00 AM till early evening.
