This Business Forum is a regional convening designed to address one of the most pressing challenges facing employers today: building and sustaining a strong talent pipeline.

Led by the Louisa County Chamber of Commerce and hosted at PVCC, this forum connects employers directly to education leaders and workforce resource partners to strengthen hiring pipelines and workforce alignment.

Workforce challenges require coordinated, regional collaboration. This forum provides employers with access to education pathways, workforce resources, and strategic connections needed to move from conversation to implementation.

Strategic Objectives

  • Connect employers directly to education and workforce resource partners
  • Provide practical tools and pathways to strengthen recruitment and retention
  • Align industry needs with current and emerging education programming
  • Establish an annual forum that grows in regional influence and employer engagement
