This Business Forum is a regional convening designed to address one of the most pressing challenges facing employers today: building and sustaining a strong talent pipeline.

Led by the Louisa County Chamber of Commerce and hosted at PVCC, this forum connects employers directly to education leaders and workforce resource partners to strengthen hiring pipelines and workforce alignment.

Workforce challenges require coordinated, regional collaboration. This forum provides employers with access to education pathways, workforce resources, and strategic connections needed to move from conversation to implementation.
