SUMMER RESOURCES ARE HERE

It may be hard to believe, but here we are – July 1st and ringing in the New Fiscal Year! As we try to wrap our minds around the fact that 2021 is now halfway done, we at CNE, would like to share a few updates and resources to help provide support to you and your organizations as you navigate opportunities in FY22.

  • ReImagineCVA: An online resource serving as a directory of nonprofits and organizations doing community-building work in Central Virginia, listing the ways community members can support the organizations either through volunteering time/skills or donating dollars/items. If your nonprofit is not listed and would like to be added, please complete this form.
  • 7 Actionable Principles: A framework on leading practices that provide guiding principles aimed at creating and sustaining healthy nonprofits for a strong social sector. CNE members can explore the framework or an individual principle through a free one-hour consult by completing this request.
  • Upcoming Trainings: We offer a variety of training opportunities across a spectrum of topics relevant to nonprofit staff and board members. Explore our list and schedule your next professional development session with us.

CNE also took on a strategic planning process over the past six months, and we are looking forward to sharing our values, vision, and mission in the next coming weeks. In the meantime, please do not hesitate to reach out to CNE if we can be of support.

Thank you for all you do in our community!
