The Virginia Values Veterans (V3) Program is a free resource to employers offered by the Virginia Department of Veterans Services. The V3 Program provides free state certification through the Governor's office and trains employers on nationally recognized best practices to recruit, hire, train and retain military talent. V3 Certified Employers gain access to resources to support their organizational goals to support military job seekers, current military employees, and military spouses.
