What's new at the Chamber: Elizabeth Stevens
I'm excited to introduce myself and share a little bit about what I'm up to in February, March, and April 2022.
About Me
Some of you may already know of me from Nourish Louisa and Dapper Cat Coffee. I was a face behind the bar for a couple of years, and when we pivoted to online orders, I managed all of our online ordering and pickups. I continue to manage the Nourish Louisa Online Artisan Market.
Prior to working at Nourish, most of my work experience was in Communications for nonprofits, having most recently been a Communications & Assistant Director for an interfaith environmental policy organization. I have a BA in Journalism with a minor in Sustainability Studies.
My Work at the Chamber
This past month, I've been working on sprucing up the Chamber website (take a look if you have a moment), and helping Tracy write and edit the spring directory.
A primary area of focus will be increasing our social media presence, with the goals of attracting new Chamber members, getting members out to Chamber events, and clueing in our community to all the amazing things our businesses are doing!
The Chamber has started adding all of our Facebook member's events to our Events page, so be sure to tag us in any event you create! And while you're at it, make sure you like us on Facebook, follow us on Instagram and LinkedIn. Your frequent interaction with our social media will take the Chamber’s work to the next level.
