Charcuterie Workshop

Join Melissa, owner of MO's charcuterie, on Saturday, November 11th at 2:00pm for a charcuterie workshop at Woodbrook Farm Vineyard. In this 60-90 minute class, participants will learn basic salami folding, wine and cheese pairing suggestions, some history of cheese and charcuterie, as well as tips and tricks for creating the perfect charcuterie board.

Ticket price is PER PERSON and includes everything you need to make your own 10” board, as well as one complimentary glass of wine. Feel free to stick around the winery afterwards and enjoy your creation!
