Gather For Good Benefiting Louisa Arts Center

Join us for an elegant fall evening celebrating local artists, community organizations, and the spirit of giving, all in support of the Louisa Arts Center.

The evening begins outdoors with an immersive experience featuring local vendors, complimentary tastings, demonstrations, and a silent auction featuring donated gifts and experiences. Guests will then be invited inside for an elegant four-course gala dinner at Lion’s Den 1837.

Guest Experience & Ticket Details

• $150 deposit per person required at the time of booking. 
• $10 from every ticket will be donated directly to the Louisa Arts Center.
• Deposit secures the reservation and is applied toward the guest’s final bill. Taxes and gratuity included.
• Guests may arrive anytime between 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM to enjoy the outdoor festivities.
• One welcome cocktail included with each ticket.
• Passed hors d’oeuvres served beginning at 5:00 PM.
• Four-course gala dinner served at 6:30 PM.
• Access to the cash bar in the Speakeasy.

During the Outdoor Experience, Guests Can:

• Browse and participate in the silent auction benefiting the Louisa Arts Center.
• Enjoy complimentary samples and tastings from participating vendors.
• Connect with local businesses and community partners.

Guests will be invited to take their seats at 6:10 PM. Dinner service will begin promptly at 6:30 PM with an elegant four-course dinner served gala-style.

Following Dinner

• Silent auction winners will be announced.
• The total amount raised for the Louisa Arts Center will be revealed.
• Final acknowledgments and thanks will be given to our vendors, sponsors, artists, donors, and community partners.
• The evening will conclude with a celebration of the community and the impact of giving locally.
