Grant Writing Class Two Part Series

Description
The Louisa Forward Foundation, in partnership with the Louisa County Chamber of Commerce, will host this two-part grant writing series with Susie Miller. This class is open to all nonprofit organizations and businesses in Central Virginia.
Minority-owned, veteran-owned, women-owned and tourism related businesses are encouraged to attend. *LIMITED SEATS AVAILABLE REGISTER HERE
- Part I: January 25, 9 am - 5 pm at Bandit's Ridge
- Part II: February 1, 9 am - 1 pm via zoom with one-on-one guidance
All participants will receive the grant writing manual and will have a completed grant after the two sessions. Registration includes lunch and beverages.
Instructor: Susie Miller
Suzanne Miller has 25 years of fundraising experience including special events, annual giving, capital campaigns, and grant writing. She has worked in the fields of higher education, community non-profits, and private secondary schools. Ms. Miller has conducted national grant writing workshops since 2003. Ms. Miller works with nonprofits to build infrastructure, improve communication, and enhance development services.
Ms. Miller completed her undergraduate degree in Business with an emphasis in marketing/management from Mary Baldwin College. While working in the Vanderbilt University Medical Center Development she earned a Masters in Higher Education Administration with a concentration in Institutional Advancement.
