We help local homeowners stay Warm, Safe, & Dry.

The average age of those receiving home repair services is 72.

The Fluvanna-Louisa Housing Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping residents of both Fluvanna and Louisa Counties for over 30 years.
