The Louisa County Sheriff’s Office invites the community to participate in the Annual LCSO K9 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at 8:30 AM at the Spring Creek Sports Center.
This family-friendly event helps support the Louisa County Sheriff’s Office K9 Unit. The K9 program is funded entirely through donations and fundraising events, making community support essential to maintaining these highly trained teams that help protect and serve Louisa County.
Participants of all ages are welcome to take part in the 5K Run/Walk, and children can join the Kids’ Half-Mile Fun Run. The event will also feature a live K9 demonstration and activities for the whole family.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome to participate on a leash, and water stations will be available along the course.
Come out, get active, and help support the deputies and K9 teams that serve our community.
