After six months of developing their leadership skills, deepening their knowledge of Louisa County, and working collaboratively on community-based challenges, the 5th Anniversary Leadership Louisa Class of 2026 is ready to graduate—and you’re invited to celebrate with us!
Hosted by the Louisa Forward Foundation, Louisa County Chamber of Commerce, and presenting sponsors Rappahannock Electric Cooperative, platinum sponsors Amazon, Dominion Energy, Walmart Distribution Center #7016 and featured sponsors Clark Technologies and Shenandoah Crossing Resort - this capstone event recognizes the accomplishments of our participants and showcases their contributions to the community through the Community Action Project (CAP).

Community Action Project Pitch Competition
In a “Shark Tank”-style presentation, participant teams will pitch a project idea to address a real organizational challenge and reflects the leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills developed throughout the program for these four partner organizations:

Graduation Ceremony & Celebration
We’ll honor the Leadership Louisa Class of 2026 with a formal graduation ceremony immediately following the pitch competition. The program will include:
