After six months of developing their leadership skills, deepening their knowledge of Louisa County, and working collaboratively on community-based challenges, the Leadership Louisa Class of 2025 is ready to graduate—and you’re invited to celebrate with us!

Hosted by the Louisa Forward Foundation, Louisa County Chamber of Commerce, and presenting sponsor Rappahannock Electric Cooperative, featured sponsors AWS InCommunities & Walmart Distribution Center #7016 -  this capstone event recognizes the accomplishments of our participants and showcases their contributions to the community through the Community Action Project (CAP).

🗣️ 2:00 – 4:00 PM

Community Action Project Pitch Competition
In a “Shark Tank”-style presentation, participant teams will pitch a project idea to address a real organizational challenge and reflects the leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills developed throughout the program for these four partner organizations:

• Beautiful Brokenness
• LASER
• Lake Anna Rescue
• Louisa Rotary Club

🎓 4:00 – 6:00 PM

Graduation Ceremony & Celebration
Join us as we honor the Class of 2025 with a formal graduation ceremony.  We’ll recognize this outstanding group of leaders for their growth, service, and contributions.  Immediately following the ceremony, we’ll celebrate with light refreshments alongside graduates, guests, sponsors, Chamber members, and community leaders.
