As you approach the final milestone in your Leadership Louisa journey, this special day is designed to celebrate your transformation, solidify your next steps as a leader, and honor the collective growth of the Class of 2025.

🕙 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Final Class Session – Led by Wendy Berenson, Innerwill
Join us for a dynamic and reflective leadership session facilitated by Wendy Berenson of Innerwill Leadership Institute. This final class will offer time and space to:

• Reflect on your personal growth and evolving leadership identity
• Share highlights and meaningful moments from the program
• Hear from a panel of Leadership Louisa alumni, who will offer honest reflections and guidance on staying engaged as community leaders
• Gain tools and strategies for continued leadership development beyond the program

🕛 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

Lunch & Networking
Enjoy a casual lunch with your classmates, alumni guests, and program leaders before the afternoon celebrations begin.

🕑 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Community Action Project Pitch Competition
Step into the spotlight with your CAP team to present your “Shark Tank”-style pitch to a panel of community judges. This is your opportunity to showcase the solutions you’ve developed in collaboration with your nonprofit partner and highlight the leadership and teamwork skills you’ve built throughout the program.

🎓 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Graduation Ceremony & Celebration
We’ll honor the Leadership Louisa Class of 2025 with a formal graduation ceremony immediately following the pitch competition. The program will include:

• Recognition of your commitment and achievements
• Reflections on your leadership journey
• Presentation of certificates
• Announcement of the winning CAP team
• Light refreshments

👔 Dress Code & Guest Information

This is a prestigious event with many photos and community members in attendance. Please dress in business appropriate for a graduation ceremony.

You are strongly encouraged to invite your family, friends, co-workers, and supervisors to attend the pitch competition and/or the graduation ceremony. Their support and presence will make this experience even more meaningful.
