Description

Conflict is an inevitable part of leadership, and this session equips participants with tools to address and resolve conflict effectively. Through guided exercises and case studies, participants will learn to navigate challenging situations while maintaining positive relationships. The session includes insights from Casey Hollins and a tour of the Virginia Maryland Delaware Association of Electric Cooperatives.
