Looking for a FUN-raising idea??

              A Casino Gaming Fundraiser event is a great way to raise money!!! There are several different approaches that may be taken by the Charity. You know your participants. So take a look and see which avenue best fits your needs. Do you want to have typical games (blackjack, craps, roulette, etc) or a poker tournament?

1^st How big of an event is it going to be? How many attendees do you expect?

Answering these questions will help decide how big of a venue you will need. It will also help with deciding an entry fee to the event. The entry fee is also predicated upon whether food or alcohol will be a part of the event. We have done events where the entry fee was as little as $50 pp. Some are much higher. Again this is where knowing your clientele is important. The amount of people will help you decide how many and what tables or games you will require. (We usually recommend 1 table per 10 guests)

              2^nd What is the Goal of the Fundraiser?

Obviously it is to make money for your charity. What have past events done? Every group has its main money maker. Are you trying to beat that? Of course we want you to make as much as you can for your cause. One way to pay for the tables is to get local sponsorships! Talking to local businesses and getting their cooperation is a great way to reduce cost of the event and it brings advertising to those businesses.

Another way to bring in funding is to have silent auctions. Maybe the local businesses can give coupons for items to be bid on if they feel they cannot sponsor a table. The idea is to get a wide variety of items to help get attendees to bid on.

The next way, is to have items for prizes at the end of the event. If you have items that are donated as prizes for drawings, everyone wants to win at the gaming tables for those prizes! We distribute tickets for chips, which are then used in drawings for the prizes.

You can sell tickets during the event. In turn, the attendee can take this ticket to a table and exchange them for playing chips. At the end of the event, it is these chips which get counted and then they are handed a ticket for prize drawings!!!

There are a few other ways to bring in money for your cause as well. The best thing about a Casino2U event is that it brings people together and they enjoy themselves. It’s like no other fundraise you’ve done in the past.  Thank you for your time!!!
