Loudin Building Systems is a mid-sized, minority owned, construction company located in Louisa, Virginia with strong Christian values. Our experience is very versatile and includes a wide variety of commercial, Industrial, and custom residential home building.

We also specialize in design build and pre-engineered metal building construction and have a Butler franchise. Loudin works with a team of architects and engineers to create custom designs to ensure the construction of both a quality and cost effective project. We are also happy to work with your personally selected team of professionals.

We’ve crafted our reputation on quality planning, superior construction and excellent customer service. These are our goals for each individual project. Our clients appreciate our “hands on approach” with all projects (regardless of size). Both owners, Howard and Jimmy, visit their jobs several times a week and more, if required. They feel this is necessary to assure proper communication between the superintendent subcontractors, and owner, and affords them the awareness of the construction process at all times.
