About
LCART is a all volunteer, IRS 501(c) 3 non-profit organization that provides emergency sheltering and daily care for domestic pets and other animals in response to disasters, emergenciesor by request from law enforcement agencies. We also provide training to the public and associated organizations in Pet First Aid / CPR.

Business Hours : As a response team, we are available 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.
