Spring Valley Farm Louisa LLC is a thriving 400-acre enterprise dedicated to implementing best management practices to care for its pastures, which provide grazing land for cows, calves, and horses. The farm also operates under a forestry management plan to sustainably produce wood products.

The farm was purchased by Jack and Sharon Manzari. Jack, a retired physician with a distinguished career specializing in pulmonary disease and intensive care, served as Chief Medical Officer at the University of Maryland before retiring. In the early 2000s, the couple relocated from Baltimore and became actively involved in the local community.
