Project Execution Manager

Landscape & Excavation Operations

Chiles Enterprises is looking for a thoughtful, organized leader to guide our installation and excavation

projects. This role is for someone who thinks ahead, sets clear expectations, inspects what they expect,

and can have direct conversations to protect quality, budgets, and timelines. If you take pride in well-run

The Project Execution Manager is accountable for the successful execution of all landscape and

excavation installation projects at Chiles Enterprises. This role serves as the field authority and

operational leader, ensuring projects are planned correctly, staffed appropriately, executed efficiently,

and delivered to the highest quality standards.

This position requires a clear-thinking, disciplined leader who can balance planning, people, and

performance — someone who maintains control of schedules and budgets while developing Crew

Leaders and holding teams accountable to expectations.

A comprehensive benefits program is included for full-time Team Members, plus a starting pay of

$22.00-$26.50/hour depending upon experience and aptitude.

This is a full-time position, generally working Monday-Friday from 7:00AM-5:30PM. Evening/weekend

work may occur in times of snow removal or natural disasters.

Core Responsibilities

● Plan and prepare projects for success by reviewing proposals and designs, identifying labor,

equipment, materials, and subcontractor needs, setting clear expectations, and proactively

addressing risks or constraints.

● Lead field execution with authority and accountability, overseeing daily installation activities,

enforcing safety standards, maintaining organized job sites, and ensuring work meets quality,

schedule, and budget expectations.

● Monitor performance and control costs by inspecting work regularly and tracking labor and

material usage against estimates to protect profitability and efficiency.

● Develop, train, and hold crews accountable, mentoring Crew Leaders and Team Members,

reinforcing productivity and leadership standards, and addressing performance issues directly

and professionally.

● Coordinate communication and resources effectively, working with vendors, subcontractors,

and equipment partners while maintaining accurate schedules, documentation, and updates

through Aspire and company communication systems.

Requirements & Qualifications

● Proven experience managing or supervising field operations, installations, or construction-style

projects

● Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail

● Ability to lead diverse crews and hold teams accountable

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor, hands-on environment

● Experience coordinating vendors, subcontractors, and equipment

● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

● Willingness to learn and use Aspire software and cloud-based tools

● Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
