EdgeCore Digital Infrastructure Investment Expands Capacity for Leadership Louisa
Louisa Forward Foundation contracts with Leadership Louisa alumna Tiffany Edwards to provide dedicated program management and support continued growth
LOUISA, VA – An investment from EdgeCore Digital Infrastructure is helping the Louisa Forward Foundation expand the capacity behind Leadership Louisa, providing dedicated program management as the leadership development initiative enters its next phase of growth.
Through EdgeCore’s support, the Foundation has contracted with TME Coaching & Consulting, LLC, led by Tiffany Edwards, to serve as the Leadership Louisa Operations Facilitator. Edwards will manage the coordination and operations of the program and serve as the primary point of contact for participants, speakers, venues, community partners and volunteer leaders.
Leadership Louisa is an established leadership development program focused on professional growth, business leadership and community awareness. The program brings together participants from across sectors to develop leadership skills, build relationships and gain a deeper understanding of the businesses, organizations and people shaping Louisa County.
“As Louisa continues to grow, we have to be just as intentional about investing in people as we are about investing in infrastructure and economic development,” said Tracy Hale Clark, Executive Director of the Louisa Forward Foundation and Louisa County Chamber of Commerce. “Our role is to look ahead at what our businesses and community will need and help build the leadership, workforce and partnerships to support that future. EdgeCore’s investment gives us the capacity to strengthen that work and create more opportunities for people to grow as leaders, connect across sectors and contribute to Louisa’s long-term success.”
Through TME Coaching & Consulting, Edwards works with businesses and organizations to strengthen leadership, support teams and address the people and organizational needs that come with growth. That professional focus closely aligns with Leadership Louisa’s emphasis on developing stronger leaders and supporting the needs of employers and the community. As a recent Leadership Louisa graduate, Edwards also brings firsthand understanding of the participant experience. In her new role, she will coordinate the program throughout its annual cycle and support the continued development of the Leadership Louisa Alumni Network.

The Foundation’s strategy recognizes that continued economic growth requires both a workforce prepared to meet changing employer needs and a strong pipeline of business and civic leaders equipped to help guide organizations and the community forward.

Planning is underway for the Leadership Louisa Class of 2027, with applications open and due October 15.
