Firefly Fiber Broadband recognized for high member satisfaction
Palmyra, Virginia — Firefly Fiber BroadbandSM, a subsidiary of Central Virginia Electric Cooperative, was recently recognized by Touchstone Energy? as a member cooperative that received one of the top 5 American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI?) scores for broadband services among all cooperatives participating in measurement for Touchstone Energy in 2025. In 2025, Firefly received an ACSI score of “91” from their broadband/high-speed internet/fiber customers, on a 100-point scale.1 Firefly’s score is higher when compared to 2025 Fiber Internet Service Provider scores/Non-fiber Internet Service Provider scores reported in the syndicated 2025 ACSI Telecommunications Study and places Firefly 16 points higher than the average Fiber Internet Service Provider score of 75 and 21 points higher than the average Non-fiber Internet Service Provider score of 70, per the industry ratings.
