Louisa County Announces Centralized Online Resource for Available Commercial Properties
LOUISA, VIRGINIA – Louisa County is pleased to promote its centralized online resource featuring available commercial properties throughout the County. The searchable compilation, available through the Economic Development section of the County website at louisacounty.gov/commercial, is designed to connect site selectors, developers, entrepreneurs, and expanding businesses with real estate opportunities. Users can easily filter listings based on sale or lease options, and many listings include additional filterable criteria like area or acreage.
“We understand that without a centralized source to find available properties, we’re making it a little more difficult for potential businesses to locate in Louisa,” said Louisa County Economic Development Director Andy Wade. “By centralizing commercial property information, we’re making the search process more efficient and providing a tool that supports economic growth.”
Each listing includes direct contact information for the seller or leasing agent. Interested parties should use the contact listed on each individual property for inquiries. While Louisa County provides and maintains this webpage as a resource, County staff are not involved in related activities and contracts. Further, listings do not constitute an endorsement of any kind from the County.
To explore available properties, visit louisacounty.gov/commercial. Site selectors and businesses are encouraged to use the real estate search tool at louisacounty.gov/1236/Find-Sites-Real-Estate provided by the Virginia Economic Development Partnership for additional industrial properties.
