Louisa County Chamber Executive Director Elected Chair of Statewide Chamber Leadership Organization

LOUISA, VA (July 7, 2025) — The Louisa County Chamber of Commerce proudly announces that Executive Director Tracy Hale Clark has been elected Chair of the Virginia Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (VACCE) for the 2025-2026 term. This prestigious leadership position underscores Clark’s outstanding contributions to chamber excellence and raises the visibility of the growing impact Louisa County is having across the Commonwealth.

VACCE is the only statewide organization dedicated to the professional development and advancement of chamber executives in Virginia. It serves as a vital resource for best practices, leadership development, advocacy, and collaboration among Chamber leaders who work to strengthen the business climate and enhance the quality of life in communities across Virginia.

Clark’s appointment as Chair reflects her steadfast commitment to these values and her leadership journey within the VACCE organization. She has served on the VACCE Board of Directors since 2021, held the roles of Treasurer and Vice-Chair, and now steps into the Chair position with an inspiring record of service and innovation.

“Over the years, I’ve had the privilege to learn from an incredible network of peers through VACCE,” said Clark. “This new role allows me to pay it forward and work alongside talented leaders to find ways we can strengthen chambers across Virginia—so they, in turn, can better serve and support their local business communities.”

Under Clark’s leadership since 2019, the Louisa County Chamber of Commerce has experienced substantial growth in membership, programming, and regional influence. She spearheaded the creation of the Louisa Forward Foundation, deepened public-private partnerships, and nearly doubled the Chamber’s annual operating budget through increased engagement, grants, and diversified revenue streams.

In 2023, Clark was named VACCE’s Executive Director of the Year, an honor that recognizes outstanding leadership in chamber management across the Commonwealth. The award highlighted her achievements in program development, fiscal management, regional collaboration, and dedication to community advancement. Read more here.
