Louisa County Chamber of Commerce Announces FY26–27 Board Leadership as Organization Prepares for 100th Anniversary Year

LOUISA, VA — The Louisa County Chamber of Commerce has announced its Executive Committee and Board of Directors for Fiscal Year 2026–2027 as the organization prepares to celebrate its 100th Anniversary in 2027.

Founded in 1927, the Chamber has served as a leading advocate for business growth, community leadership, and economic vitality in Louisa County for nearly a century. The upcoming anniversary year will recognize the Chamber’s longstanding impact while continuing to position the organization for the future.

The newly elected Board leadership officially begins service on July 1, 2026, following its installation during the Chamber's Annual Meeting & Businessperson of the Year Celebration held earlier this month.

The Chamber also recognizes the service and leadership of outgoing Board members whose terms conclude this year:

  • Sarah Marshall
    Manager, State & Local Affairs, Dominion Energy
  • Philip Gould
    Branch Manager, Blue Ridge Bank



The following individuals will serve on the Chamber’s 2026–2027 Board of Directors.

  • Lee Downey, Vice Chair

  • Jason Devillier, Treasurer

  • Colleen Crowder, Secretary
    Founder & Owner, Anchor Point Operations
  • Casey Hollins: Managing Director, Communications & Public Relations, Rappahannock Electric Cooperative

The Board reflects a broad cross-section of industries and leadership perspectives shaping Louisa County’s business community, including education, healthcare, construction, energy, finance, communications, workforce development, and small business leadership. Together, they will help guide the Chamber into its 100th Anniversary year with a continued focus on supporting Chamber members and strengthening Louisa County’s business environment.

In addition to celebrating its centennial milestone, the Chamber will continue expanding programs and partnerships focused on workforce development, small business growth, leadership initiatives, tourism, and community engagement across Louisa County.

Additional announcements regarding the Chamber’s 100th Anniversary initiatives, community celebrations, historical recognition, and special events will be shared throughout the year.
