Louisa County Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Tracy Hale Clark Appointed to Virginia Chamber Board of Directors
LOUISA, VA — February 11, 2026 — The Louisa County Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce that Executive Director Tracy Hale Clark has been appointed to serve on the Board of Directors of the Virginia Chamber of Commerce for the 2026 term. This appointment recognizes Clark’s leadership and positions Louisa County to have a stronger voice in statewide business advocacy, economic strategy, and regional collaboration at a time when local chambers are playing an increasingly vital role in workforce development and business resilience.
The Virginia Chamber of Commerce is Virginia’s largest statewide business advocacy organization, representing more than 30,000 members and working to strengthen the Commonwealth’s economic climate. Clark joins leaders from across the state who bring diverse industry, nonprofit, and chamber experience to guide priorities that enhance the prospects of local employers, communities, and regional economies.
Clark currently serves as Board Chair of the Virginia Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (VACCE), representing local chambers across the Commonwealth. In this role, she brings a collective local and regional chamber perspective to statewide conversations, strengthening the connection between community-based business leadership and broader economic policy discussions.

Since 2019, Clark has led the Louisa County Chamber of Commerce through a period of innovation and transformation. As founder of the Louisa Forward Foundation, she has expanded the Chamber’s capacity for collaboration, elevated its community impact, and
advanced initiatives that strengthen membership value and support long-term business vitality across Louisa County.
