LOUISA, VA – The Louisa Forward Foundation, in partnership with the Louisa County Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Louisa, invites the public to attend the Explore Main Street Louisa – Progress & Vision Update on Thursday, February 27, 2025. The event will take place at the Louisa County Chamber of Commerce Office, with two available sessions:

• Session 1: 8:30 AM – 9:45 AM
• Session 2: 10:30 AM – 11:45 AM

This event is open to everyone—businesses, residents, commercial property owners, and organizations—interested in the revitalization and future of the Town of Louisa. Chamber membership is not required, as this initiative is a community-wide effort to transform the Town into a thriving commercial and cultural hub.

A special presentation will be led by PPR Strategies, a nationally recognized firm specializing in community revitalization, which has played a key role in crafting Louisa’s 2025-2028 Main Street Work Plan. The plan is based on the National Main Street Approach, a proven model for sustainable economic growth and town revitalization. Attendees will gain insights into the three-year action plan, including strategies for:

• Economic Development & Business Growth – Supporting local businesses, attracting new investments, and creating opportunities for entrepreneurs.
• Community Identity & Branding – Strengthening the Town of Louisa’s unique identity to position it as a vibrant destination.
• Public Engagement & Placemaking – Enhancing the Main Street experience through events, beautification projects, and improved public spaces.
