LoveLouisa.org Relaunches for the 2025 Holiday Season, Expanding as Louisa County’s Central Hub for Community Information

LOUISA COUNTY, VA — The Louisa County Chamber of Commerce and the Louisa Forward Foundation announce the relaunch of LoveLouisa.org, a revitalized digital concierge designed to become the central resource for all things Louisa — including local businesses, job listings, community resources, newcomer information, volunteer opportunities, and more.

While VisitLouisa.org continues as Louisa County’s official tourism site, the new LoveLouisa.org focuses on the broader community—supporting residents, the local workforce, civic organizations, and businesses with everyday information needed to live, work, play, and engage in Louisa County.

The platform will ultimately integrate:
• An auto-curated community calendar
• Countywide job listings
• An enhanced business directory
• Volunteer opportunities
• Resident resources
• Business support tools
• And additional features launching throughout 2026

Phase One begins during the 2025 holiday season, with a countywide effort to gather all holiday deals, promotions, specials, giving opportunities, and events happening across Louisa. The fully revamped website will debut in January 2026, building on this foundation.

In coordination with VisitLouisa, the Chamber and Foundation are aligning efforts with the Virginia Scenic Railway – Santa Express, helping visitors easily access information and encouraging them to explore Louisa’s shops, restaurants, and services during their visit.

Businesses & Organizations: Share Your Holiday Season Activities

Love Louisa is collecting information from businesses, nonprofits, churches, and community groups to highlight everything happening across the county, including:

• Black Friday promotions
• Small Business Saturday specials
• Train-rider discounts or themed offers
• Holiday pop-ups, tastings, workshops, and markets
• Extended hours, open houses, and seasonal menus
• Donation drives and volunteer opportunities
• ANY event or deal happening between Nov. 20 and Dec. 31

“The more information businesses and organizations share with us, the more effectively we can drive visitors and locals their way,” said Tracy Hale Clark, Executive Director. “Love Louisa is built to shine a spotlight on our community. This relaunch will take that impact even further, especially during the holidays when increased activity creates so much opportunity to connect, shop, and give back.”

How to Submit Holiday Deals, Events & Community Activities

Local businesses and organizations can share information through multiple easy channels:

1. Email:
Send details, text, flyers, or .png files to memberservices@louisachamber.org

2. Submit online CLICK HERE

3. Add Love Louisa and VisitLouisa as Facebook event co-hosts
This ensures your event automatically publishes to:
• VisitLouisa.org
• The Visit Louisa mobile app
• The soon-to-launch Love Louisa Community Calendar

Creating a Facebook event for every promotion, event, or giving opportunity—even small specials—is strongly encouraged. Facebook events feed the auto-curation system, helping activities automatically populate partner platforms and increasing visibility for locals and visitors alike.

“Creating a Facebook event is one of the easiest visibility hacks available,” Clark added. “It boosts your discoverability and ensures your business or organization shows up for people searching for things to do or ways to support local in the Louisa region.”
