LOUISA COUNTY, VA — The Louisa County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to support the groundbreaking ceremony for Roundabout Plaza, a new commercial center by Koren Diversified Holdings that will bring a variety of dining, recreation, and retail options to Lake Anna. This celebration of community growth will take place on November 9 at 2 p.m., highlighting a project that represents years of commitment to enhancing local business offerings for residents and visitors alike.

Roundabout Plaza will host a unique mix of local businesses, from the family-friendly Lazy Parrot restaurant and Mad Batter Bakery to the Lake Anna Barbell Gym and Lake Anna Pickleball courts. The new center embodies a community-oriented vision, promising a welcoming space where locals and visitors can enjoy a range of amenities in one convenient location.

“Seven years ago, we had a vision of a place where families could go to eat, relax, play, and shop,” said Jon Koren, President of Koren Diversified Holdings. “Roundabout Plaza is the embodiment of that vision with places like the Lazy Parrot family restaurant, Mad Batter Bakery, Lake Anna Barbell Gym, Lake Anna Pickleball, and more! We’re excited to see it finally coming to life.”
