Louisa County Department of Parks, Recreation & Tourism (LCPRT) events strive to build community and create settings for wonderful, lasting memories. Our team organizes a number of festivals, concerts, parades and more throughout the year, often averaging approximately 2,000 - 3,000 people each. Annual events with sponsorship opportunities, include:

* BBQ Competition and Craft show (This event is approaching soon!)

* Fall Harvest Festival

* Christmas Festival

* Christmas Parade

In addition to visibility at the related event, our platforms will help promote your brand. Sponsorship levels are as follows:

FRIEND SPONSORSHIP AMOUNT: $250+

* Business listed on event program

* Reserved display area at sponsored event

* Business listed in event press release or event program

* Acknowledgement to event attendees by event emcee

SUPPORTER SPONSORSHIP AMOUNT: $500+

Includes all Friend Level Benefits in addition to the following:

* Listed in upcoming event specific Program Guide

* Listed in event advertisements through

* Social media

* Listed on sponsorship banner displayed at main stage or event area

BRONZE SPONSORSHIP AMOUNT: $1,000+

Includes all Supporter Level Benefits in addition to the following:

* Logo included on sponsorship banner (3x5) displayed at main stage or event area

* Business listed on Parks and Recreation website

* Includes a section of the event being named after the Business (Example: The Tractor Supply Event Stage)

SILVER SPONSORSHIP AMOUNT: $2,500+

Includes all Bronze Level Benefits in addition to the following:

* Business banner (3x5) to be display at main stage or event area

* Logo included in event advertisement through Social media

* Logo displayed on Parks and Recreation website

* 12 x 12 tent in event area with 2 tables, 16 chairs, business logo, tent signage, refreshments

GOLD SPONSORSHIP AMOUNT: $5,000+

Includes all Silver Level Benefits in addition to the following:

* (2) 12 x 12 tent in event area with 5 tables, 40 chairs, business logo, tent signage, and refreshments

TITLE SPONSORSHIP AMOUNT: $10,000+

Includes all Gold Level Benefits in addition to the following:

* Organization shares in the name of an established large-sale special event
