To all Louisa County Agricultural Fair Vendors and Supporters:

The Louisa County Agricultural Fair is a non-profit organization which holds an annual celebration every summer to mark Louisa County’s rich agricultural history. The goal of the fair is to produce an event that showcases this rich agricultural community and gives our youth an opportunity to exhibit and sell the animals they have raised through 4-H and FFA programs. Your continued support allows us to continue this tradition year after year! Thank-you!

2023 Booth Fees

____ $25 Thursday One Day Vendor Option (includes electricity)

____ $50 One Day Vendor Option (Friday or Saturday) (includes electricity) (Includes 2 Armbands for Entry)

____$75 Nonprofit Exhibitor (includes electricity) (political parties/public office included) (6 armbands)

____$100 All Commercial Exhibitor (includes electricity) (6 armbands)

____$150 Commercial Exhibitor Food Vendor (includes electricity) (6 armbands)

____$155 Full Vendor Access to Louisa Ag Fair (7/27-29) and Horse Show (10/21)

If you are a food vendor, you are responsible for coordinating with the Health Department prior to the event (http://www.vdh.virginia.gov/thomas-jefferson/)

We ask that when you fill out your booth application, that you specify any special accommodations needed. Vendor spaces are roughly 11’x12’. The fair does not provide shade, pop-up tents, tables, chairs, or extension cords.

Fair Hours 2023:

Thursday: 3:00-5:00 Special Sensory Hours (First Year) 5:00 pm-9:00 pm (Setup open 12:00 noon, must be complete by 2:30 if participating in Sensory Hour/Thursday night)

Friday: 9:00 am-10:00 pm (Setup open 7:00 a.m., must be complete by 8:30 a.m.)

Saturday: 9:00 am-10:00 pm (Setup open 7:00 a.m., must be complete by 8:30 a.m.)

If you have a special setup/time needed due to equipment, please coordinate with me! We ask that all vendors remain open until 8:00 each evening.

We will provide each vendor and exhibitor six complimentary armbands for admittance at the gate. Armbands are good for all three days of the fair. Additional staff who are working in the booths will be able to buy additional armbands for $3 per person. Please let me know if you want additional armbands on your booth application as indicated, or they will be for sale with me at the fair.
