Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC)

WOTC is a federal tax incentive available to you as employers that invest in the hiring of the ten untapped talented categories of job seekers who consistently face barriers to employment.

The Work Opportunity Tax Credit program is currently experiencing a program lapse; however, please continue submitting applications for consideration.  The WOTC team will process your requests and place the determinations in either a system generated Certified-Hiatus or Denied-Hiatus status until the program is re-authorized by the federal government at which time the determinations will be released for printing.
