This August, Louisa County has a unique opportunity to make a lasting impression.

The Virginia Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (VACCE) has selected Louisa County to host its 2026 Executive Conference, bringing approximately 60 Chamber Presidents, CEOs, and Executive Directors from across Virginia to our community.

These are the people who connect businesses, promote tourism, recruit investment, support entrepreneurs, advocate for their local economies, and answer one important question every day:

"Where should people visit, do business, and invest?"

For three days, they'll experience Louisa County through our hospitality, businesses, attractions, and community.

And every Chamber member has an opportunity to be part of that experience.

Showcase Your Business

Every attendee will receive a welcome bag featuring products and promotional items from Louisa County Chamber members.

These executives will take those bags home to communities across Virginia, providing your business with exposure long after the conference ends. Whether it's a useful item they use every day, a local treat they enjoy on the trip home, or a gift card that brings them back for another visit, your contribution helps tell the story of Louisa County.

We're looking for 60 items from each participating business, some ideas:

Local Favorites

• Pre-packaged snacks, candy, baked goods
• Local coffee or tea samples
• Honey, jams, sauces, seasonings, or other shelf-stable local products

Practical Conference Items

• Pens. Notebooks or journals
• Water bottles, Coffee mugs or travel tumblers
• Tote bags, luggage tags
• Phone chargers or charging cords, Portable battery packs
• Sticky note sets, Highlighters

Travel Essentials

• Sunscreen, Lip balm Hand sanitizer
• Cooling towels, Mini first-aid kits
• Mints or gum
• Travel tissue packs

Promote Your Business

• Gift cards, Coupons or special offers
• Branded merchandise
• Stickers, Magnets
• Rack cards or brochures

How to Participate

If you'd like to include an item in the conference welcome bags, please register:

• Quantity needed: 60 items
• Delivery deadline: Wednesday, August 19
• Drop-off location: Louisa County Chamber of Commerce
