The Fluvanna-Louisa Housing Foundation is a private non-profit organization dedicated to helping residents of both Fluvanna and Louisa Counties with their housing needs. Since 2003, the Foundation has provided services and programs that help income eligible citizens afford and improve their living conditions, stay in their homes longer, and live safely in the community.

Serving approximately 200 families per year, the Foundation offers a range of services to residents of both counties including:

• Essential Home Repairs
• Access Ramps
• New Home Construction
• Rental Units
• First Time Homebuyer Assistance
• Housing Choice Voucher Program
